Indefia to provide Patara for remote management of advertisements and promotion announcements of Philip Morris brands.
Patara offers a unified platform for deploying interactive installations and remote management systems. Philip Morris chooses Patara to control LCD/Plasma screens installed in Turkish-Greek Border Duty Free Shops, remotely.
Patara is configured to deliver video signals to distant nodes. Scheduling functionality of Patara helps system operators to set a specific playback to be occurred
at a certain time. For example; operators can arrange a scenario like the following:
Tune to Advertisement #1 between 09:00AM to 11:00AM
Afterwards play 2nd and 3rd Promotion Announcements from the DVD placed into the video server whole day
Tune to Promotion #5 during Christmas
These rules can be set for everyday, every month or a year.
